Pre-order, Shipping & Returns

Effective date: July 27, 2026

These terms cover pre-orders of the Lumeria Lumoscope placed at lumeria.skin. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By placing a pre-order you agree to these terms.

1. Your pre-order

  • Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.
  • Pre-orders ship in the order they were received: the earlier you order, the earlier your device ships.
  • We currently expect pre-orders to ship in late 2026, depending on your place in line.
  • If we cannot ship your order within that window, we will email you with a revised shipping date and you may choose to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

2. Cancel anytime before shipment

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Email contact@lumeria.skin with your order number.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

  • If you are not happy with your Lumoscope for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Email contact@lumeria.skin with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label (US orders).
  • Please return the device in its original condition with the included accessories and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

4. One-year limited warranty

  • Lumeria warrants the Lumoscope against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • If your device has a covered defect, we will, at our option, repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price. Email contact@lumeria.skin to start a warranty claim.
  • This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal wear and tear.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your state or country.
